We will have another discussion focussing on the 'HOW' around the support we will provide. We build up the goals and create structure around those goals for our team to be guided by in their support.
We will do our best to fit client preferences regarding support workers, and when we believe we have someone suitable, you will get to meet them face-to-face to ensure everyone is comfortable and satisfied to move forwards.
Having a set routine is great and necessary, but we want to go a step further by having a monthly call to discuss the support being provided, see what we can do to improve, and ensure we are working within our values.
Throughout the course of the year, Bright Living may attend or host events that could be relevant to our clients. In this instance we will do our best to provide invitations and have as many of our community attend.
All our service agreements are 12-24 months. This allows us to have a solid time frame when it comes to the goals of our support. It also means every year, we get to set aside time to review our support, our collaborative goals, and make any changes or improvements that might help.
